Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide strategic consulting services in the areas of business strategy, AI & automation, and growth. Our services include:

• One-on-one consulting sessions (90 minutes each)
• Strategic guidance and recommendations
• Business analysis and planning support
• Email support (for monthly and advisory packages)

Implementation services, if requested, are provided separately through Ruptive and subject to separate agreements.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Single sessions are paid in full upfront
• Monthly packages are billed monthly in advance
• Advisory packages are billed monthly with custom terms
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Sessions must be scheduled through our Calendly link. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consulting sessions is confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Scope of Services

Our consulting services provide strategic guidance and recommendations. We do not:

• Provide legal, accounting, or tax advice
• Guarantee specific business outcomes or results
• Provide implementation services (unless separately engaged through Ruptive)
• Make investment decisions on your behalf

6. Intellectual Property

Any frameworks, templates, or materials provided during consulting remain our intellectual property but you are granted a license to use them for your business purposes. Any custom strategies or recommendations developed specifically for your business are yours to implement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

8. Termination

For monthly and advisory packages, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Unused sessions at termination are non-refundable.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
